I then called tech support who made me uninstall and reinstall with exactly the same results. I asked for Office Standard gave it the keys in the script. So I think Microsoft has caused me to lose a whole day's productivity by having inaccurate downloading trying to get me to pay monthly, which I don't want to do. If only I received what I asked for in the script - or they had a simple page to put the key into which I think I did on my personal desktop but now that is asking me for monthly money too - even though the key for Office is in the app.
